A) ORDER
Email Me with details of
1) Item No
2) Quantity
3) Your Name
4) Your Contact No.
5) Delivery Address
6) Recipient's Name & Contact No. if send as GIFT


B) ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive your Order Confirmation by email with total amount to be paid including postage/shipping cost.
Bank A/C info will be sent to you as well.
(International shipping may subject to import duties/taxes which are to be borne by the buyer/recipient)


C) PAYMENT
Payment can be made through
1) Cash/Cheque deposit into designated bank A/C
2) Online Banking/Transfer

Please inform me with details (your name, date and amount of payment) once payment has been made.


D) SHIPPING
1) Shipping charges are to be borne by buyers.
2) Options of Registered Post (WM:RM3/EM:RM5 or above - shipping charges vary depend on weight and destination)/PosLaju/Courier Service within Malaysia.
3) International shipping can be arranged
4) Shipping of orders will be done on Mondays & Thursdays

5) Shipping will only be done for fully paid orders.


E) EXPECT OF ORDERS
1) You will be receiving an email confirming the date of shipping and track number of parcel.
2) Expect your order within a week (depends on service selected) thereof.
3) If your items have not reach you, please inform me or track it at the POS MALAYSIA (for Registered Post/PosLaju) link at the side bar
